Bad review! Bad review! The hotel front desk has a bad attitude and extremely poor service! We booked two rooms at the same time, a family room, which was pretty good. A double bed room (the room information clearly states the 1.8-meter bed when booking). The room is very small. There is a 1.5-meter bed in it. Because I have a child, the 1.5-meter bed is too crowded. I went to the front desk to change rooms, and the front desk said confidently that although our house has a 1.5-meter bed, it has been sold as a 1.8-meter bed. It seemed that I was making trouble unreasonably, and the room was now full, so there was no room to change! We had to check out, and they immediately said impatiently, forget it, give me another one, because it was already late when we arrived at the hotel, and we were really too lazy to find another place to stay with our two children. I argued with them and will never go to this hotel again in the future!

環境特別好，服務特別周到，設備設施全智能化！衞生很乾凈呦，收到前台準備的禮物，早晨還提供了叫醒服務，不然約的談事就遲到了，很暖心的服務，以後來這就住下了，哦感謝服務人員的貼心服務，感冒了，服務人員送來熱牛奶和暖寶寶，真心感謝🙏有家的感覺

乾淨整潔衞生，環境優美，房間簡潔舒適，温馨浪漫，賓至如歸的感覺。
