The house looks old at first glance, but that doesn't stop the room from being well maintained. It is large, clean and comfortable. There is no need to take out the power card, so there are many switches. The traditional method is also good, no Waste electricity. The process and customer experience are very good. The people here are also really nice. They are warm-hearted and considerate. The front desk manager Datang helped us change rooms. The fish and eggs we had in the restaurant were so delicious that I have to say they are rare delicacies. The children's paradise is very clean, and there are many activities. There is an indoor sports center, and the 100-meter walk to Wenzong Ancient Village is also a pastoral scene of the ancients. This service experience is very bad, unlike a state-owned enterprise brand hotel, there is a phenomenon of playing with customers, employees' words and deeds are inconsistent. 1. The package I booked has a special car pick-up service, but the front desk said that the pick-up is not the same, but other personnel said that they have it. I asked repeatedly to say that I can. 2. My room has 1-5 floors. When I went to the front desk, everyone else arranged the second floor and arranged me on the first floor. I wanted to transfer to the upper floor. I said no, I said that there was no room. I emphasized it again and again before changing it for me. I want to eat in the hotel, all are big table boxes, see us 2 people reluctant to let us in to eat, but also use a broken meal cloth to cushion our plate area, afraid that we will be dirty and afraid to clean up. The hotel environment is very good, but the state-owned enterprise is not feeling it, the smile service is there, but I don't think there is a smile in the customer's heart, it is a formulaic smile, when it is really solving the customer's problem, it is playing with the heart and words, the customer is not **, I hope the follow-up customers will know.

The location of this so ideal for me. It was very peaceful and the room was facing the DiZhang Bodhisattva. I could do my prayer, meditation and connect with DiZhang Bodhisattva daily. The recption is friendly and helpful. The furnishing and the resort hotel facilities were old. The sound proof of the room was poor as you could hear some guests were talking and shouting. But luckily it was a low season. Local Chinese will flood these areas duing the Labor day (01-03 May) and their National day (01-07 Oct). Please avoid visiting duing these periods. High speed rail - Jiuhuashan station just completed. Use this station to access Jiuhuashan. Less than 30min to reach Jiuhua Mountain Dayuan Culture Park (九华山大愿文化园). Highly recommend to stay around the 九华山风景区柯村新区.
