The ambiance is elegant, and the service is exceptional. This is the most satisfying hotel I've experienced on recent business trips and vacations within China. The manager and the butler Jiajia are absolutely central to its high recommendation. Jiuhua Mountain captivates the eye, but it's the genuine warmth of people like them that truly captures the heart.
环境优雅，服务特别好，是近期在国内商务出差旅游渡假住过最满意的一所酒店。经理和管家佳佳绝对是该处值得推介的一大理由，九华山很美，但人的风景更美！

The hotel is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood served by the serene surroundings. Staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good. The hotel is a gem in the area!

我是一個很少給平台寫評價的人，和家人一起出行來到涵月樓酒店入住，十分滿意…滿意酒店內的景觀，滿意酒店人員的細心且熱情的服務態度，滿意提出問題解決問題的速度，不論幾點都能及時處理，每次回酒店和出行，酒店內的通行車師傅，良好且周到的服務，酒店就象景觀，能感受到每個員工對待酒店就象對待家一樣，我們很舒心～再來還會首選涵月樓！

九華山參拜看到🍠推薦的 實地還是有很大差距的
實物設施老舊 院子大但是到處都透露着頹敗氣息
房間分棟 樓型很像療養院
服務可以説非常敷衍
🍠看到有活動室可以抄經拍照
問了前台 第一天説今天人少不開了
第二天問前台説問下領導
電話另一邊應該是問哪裡的客人 前台説攜程的
掛掉電話跟我們説現在那個房間已經改了
可能酒店一直接待團隊 如果是團隊或者別墅區客人就會開放吧 不是很清楚 但區別對待還蠻明顯的
打掃房間的阿姨10點來敲門
因為前一天上山很累想多休息下
叫阿姨12點再來 門口很清楚的 哎呀 好吧～
滿滿的不耐煩
打掃的時候叫阿姨多留幾瓶水
又是一句 哎呀好吧 ～
接駁車的司機撞到路障嚇了我們一跳
告訴我們不要喊 又不要你賠 等下保安來了
…
總之就是陳舊的設施和極其鬆散的管理
算不上有 也不能説沒有的服務

房間很乾凈，我住的1號樓，1樓有諦聽擺件，看到小狗神特別有安全感！我們凌晨4點進山，給前台打電話，都睡著了，自然會幫我們叫觀光車送去前台，非常感謝！週一人不多還幫我們升級了房間！再次感謝！真的很不錯，性價比很高！睡的很舒服！
