The staff were mazing right from the porters, the front desk young man Casper, received us and enlightened us on how to get about, one of the managers Fancy Su ensured we started off nicely. The environment was full of where to go which we couldn’t complete and have to return to continue. Thanks to all of you who made our stay comfortable.

We come to this resort often . We love the architecture and interior design . On this trip , I wanted a hamburger from the restaurant for lunch so after checking-in we went to the restaurant to eat . My wife ordered her meal and I ordered my hamburger . Her food came first but my food never came . After waiting 30 minutes I asked the waitress (Chinese only ) where my burger was and she said she never placed the order. I was so confused how she could make that mistake and told her to start making the burger . I had to wait another 35 minutes for a decent burger . After complaining the management team did all they could to make it right and in the end we left with a positive impression of the staff . They honestly did all they could to make the mistake right and we were grateful for their sincere attempt at making things right. Room and hot springs clean and I would recommend a visit here .

I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. To the saying goes, what really makes the difference is the heartware and service in hospitality line, not hardware which everyone can build. 预订了这家五星级酒店的三天两晚住宿，我必须说，房间干净宽敞，配备了各种适合家庭成员使用的设施，如羽毛球、网球、台球、温泉、骑车和射箭等。然而，我们对服务感到非常失望。我们遇到的两名员工一直拿着手机，根本不注意周围的情况。真正让我们恼火的是，当我们下午小睡时，我们把“请勿打扰”的牌子放在了门上，但酒店工作人员还是拨打了我们的房间号码。因为我们正在睡觉，没有接电话。猜猜发生了什么？他们拨打了我的手机。只是为了问是否需要打扫房间。我们去酒店前台寻求解释，前台工作人员起初否认他们打过电话，直到我们向他们展示了酒店的未接来电号码。然后他们说会向他们的经理反馈。到了晚上，万女士经理打电话给我们，让我们感到不满的是，她说这是他们的标准操作程序！哪个酒店，自称是五星级酒店，当客人挂出“请勿打扰”的标志时，他们的标准操作程序是打电话到房间，最糟糕的是打电话给客人的私人手机。这不是侵犯隐私吗？打我们私人电话？这是我们第一次遇到这种情况。我们在以前入住的多家酒店挂上“请勿打扰”标志时从未遇到过这种情况。 经理一点也不感到抱歉，反而显得很防卫。甚至到了要检查我们在房间是否安全的地步。她刚才的话让我很不安。俗话说，酒店业中真正起决定作用的是服务和态度，而不是每个人都能建造的硬件设施。

Qingyuan International Hotel seems to have convenient transportation, with a bus stop right outside and Fengcheng Wharf opposite. However, the actual experience is not satisfactory. The waiting time for the bus is long, and you need to walk a distance after taking the bus to the scenic spot or park. For travel, self-driving or taking a taxi may be a better choice, which can avoid the waiting time for the bus and the hassle of walking, and travel is more convenient.

The hotel service is very good and considerate. Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, you can still see the quality of the past and the environment is very good. When traveling with the elderly and children at home, safety and convenience are also very important. Good reviews

I booked this hotel temporarily when I took my kids to Bijiashan. It feels like an old hotel and is quite clean! I also upgraded the river view room for free. When I opened the curtains in the morning, the river view across the street was so beautiful! I was in a good mood for the whole day! The breakfast was actually OK, but there were fewer varieties. I hope it will get better and better.

Room is large, modern and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Sometimes the wifi signal is good enough to access Whatsapp. There is no English TV channels though. Friendly staff provides great service, esp Ms Fan. They called taxis for us. They gave helpful advices and recommendation. Breakfast spread is a combination of Chinese and Western. However, the latter is limited. Food is yummy and there are some changes in daily breakfast spread.

The room is large and well-equipped. The park has mountains, water and hot springs, which is suitable for family gatherings. The air is fresh and the greenery is dense. The breakfast is rich, and there are also lucky bags and spring couplets activities in spring. It was a pleasant stay!

The BEST front desk service at all time. Welcoming & excellent service mind & helpful from start to finish. Early check in, book Didi, attend to issue in the room - we accidentally locked the bathroom door twice. Excellent panorama 360degree view from the veranda 26th floor. Spacious size apartment- 2 bedrooms & common area. Excellent variety buffet breakfast & service from staff. You miss out if you don’t stay here. Highly recommended.
