Hot spring Hotels in Qingyuan

’ve been here just once. I had a good memory, so I reserved this hotel again as my sibling came to GZ from Korea. I booked two different rooms, one of which has a balcony with a private pool since recently it rained so much, which might not be able to let us enjoy outdoor pools. 雷欣 (lei xin) is a person helping us while staying here. On the first time only my family visited, no one came to us and tried to explain the place or any other things, but this time two women who are pretty good at English guided us and tried to explain the place, which made me communicate and understand them, even if only my husband can speak in Chinese. The room rate is reasonable and all condition is perfect for family travelers. I am willing to visit here again.

I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. I used family room. Room is big. Heater is very good. Kids facilty almost broken. When you go hot spring, you dont need wait in line. Get in the car as soon as possible. If you wait long time, staff couldnt help you. Staff said walk with 2 children. If you have dinner in restaurant, you couldnt eat hot barbecue. They alredy make so almost cold. Shuttle is not enough. They operate only one car due to low battery. When we return hotel , staff said need to wait due to no battery lol

The selling point of the tea banquet double bed is the soup pool downstairs. The upstairs room has two beds and a bathroom. It is recommended to add a chair. Breakfast is delivered to the room but you have to sit on the bed to eat. The temperature dropped that night and the wind was estimated to be below 10 degrees. The water in the pool was obviously not hot enough, so I had to manually boil a few more pots of hot water and pour it in. The air conditioner in the room has heating to last, so you are not afraid of being cold. You can go to the town to buy fireworks, which will be half cheaper than buying at the front desk. There are no farms within 4 kilometers nearby, so you have to drive to a place 6 kilometers away to eat. The homestay does not provide refrigerator freezer storage, nor can you bring a lot of things to barbecue hot pot. Minor inconvenience.

The hotel is very clean, that is, the quilt cover pillowcase is a bit old. It is also recommended that the store use disposable face towels and bath towels, which are cleaner and hygienic. I was awakened by bats at five o'clock in the morning. The sound was very loud and thought it was a mouse. It is recommended that the store can hang some prompts in the famous hotel, so that it is not thought to be a large mouse. The decoration is very good, The private pool of the accommodation is very clean, the privacy and the outdoor environment are well balanced, and there is no worry about soaking up! I have recommended it to my friends and hope to do better!

The swimming pool is not constant temperature and is suitable for summer play, but it is very photogenic to check in and take pictures Environment: The environment is very good, the room is clean and tidy, there is a private hot spring, the water temperature can be adjusted, and it is very enjoyable The restaurant has delicious breakfast, many snacks, and rich categories! 😀😀 Service: The butler service is very good, patient, helping with luggage reception, and there are souvenirs I am very satisfied with this trip, praise it, and give it a five-star rating! I hope to continue to maintain it and will recommend it to relatives and friends around me.

The room was clean, the waiter was kind, and the camping area was good. The hot spring water is changed every day, the water is very clean, there are many pools, the environment is good, the water temperature is high, the Luo Han Guo tea is good, and the accommodation can be made unlimited times. The entrance of the park is the road, there are many stalls on the roadside, very convenient, the Qingyuan chicken at the bottom of the bridge is delicious.

The management capabilities of entertainment facilities such as billiards and billiards are insufficient. They should be inspected at least 4 times a day to see if there are any missing balls or anything... I live in 405. The table in the room is higher than the wall socket. The room is a villa, and there are mosquito killer lamps above and below. I didn't feel any mosquitoes, and the cleaning was very timely. Unfortunately, it rained heavily during the Qingming Festival, and the first floor smelled a bit musty. The second floor was fine.

After adding WeChat, the front desk customer service will push a detailed introduction and schedule of the activities in the park, and will also remind you of the activity time of the day early the next morning. The staff in the park are also very enthusiastic, simple and kind. There are many activities on the big lawn, such as handicrafts, making zongzi, fried dough and ox horns, firewood chicken, pork and vegetable porridge, etc. It is a mini zoo with cows, goats, chickens, ducks, Muscovy ducks, geese, horses, donkeys, peacocks, rabbits, etc., which can be contacted at close range and can also be fed. There are also rice fields, vegetable fields and fruit trees, and picking activities are arranged, which is a very good experience activity. You can row a boat in the small lake, and there are bicycles provided free of charge for cycling. After dinner, there is free tea brewed around the stove on the big lawn, as well as peanuts and melon seeds. At 8:20 in the evening, there will be ethnic minority performances in the evening, lighting torches + drums and dancing + interactive games (jumping bamboo poles + dancing), and many children and parents actively participate. Finally, the B&B also arranged a fireworks show. The giant fireworks were dazzling, and long fairy wands were distributed for everyone to play with. I had a great time during the two-day vacation and look forward to coming again in early summer.
