乾淨整潔，寬敞明亮，照片與實際入住一樣。
陽台和卧室都能看到外面的風景，樓下就是步行街，吃飯購物停車超級方便，還可以打麻將，房東熱情好溝通，房間很乾凈，非常好

房東熱情好溝通，房間很舒服睡了一晚舒服覺，三個房間都是1.5米床，還有麻將下次約上朋友還會住這家

整體不錯，但是意外比較多。
給四星是因為服務態度好以及房子確實寬敞。
少一星是因為問題太多。
1.沒冰箱，找房主幫忙找到了可以存儲的地方
2.沒WiFi，後面發現路由器電源是拔了的。路由器還比較隱祕找不到。
3.最重要的是洗澡水一會兒冷一會兒熱。全家沒洗好燥，家裡的孩子也因為這個冷水澡，發燒半夜出去買葯了。
4.頻繁找房東，雖然房東比較熱情，但是找多了也不想找了。
而且頻繁找房東也怪不好意思的。
5.房子確實乾淨,也很大。做飯也沒問題。以上都不介意的話可以放心入手。

這次是家人一起來美林湖和周邊遊玩，選的這家民宿是比較好的一個小區（萬科）小區的環境很好，綠化帶很豐富，親近大自然很不錯！民宿的房子很新又乾淨，三房住得很舒適又安靜；房子裏的設備也很齊全，雖然在最頂樓但是電梯也很給力。房主人也很nice，下次過來這邊玩還是會選擇這家民宿！
