很少有這麼讓我生氣的酒店，大早上八點多就開始裝修，打電話跟酒店反應了之後，安靜了不到半小時又開始裝修，整個上午沒有怎麼停過。大家來度假不就是想好好休息的嗎？酒店這點常識都沒有？非要早上裝修？不能等中午之後再開始？然後隔音相當差，哪哪都響，壓根沒辦法睡好覺，想度假放鬆心情的千萬不要來這家店，洗澡的花灑熱水也熱的很慢！真是被氣到，整個出行的心情都被破壞，不推薦，周邊也很荒！！

房間很大，床是1.5+18米的雙人床，這點真的很棒！
房間有私家泳池熱水冷水都可以出，出水也很快。
房間可以看到外面的原生態景色，這是初衷，放鬆。
早餐一般吧，勝在新鮮款式不是特別多。
一樓的水療比我想象的小，但畢竟這個是度假酒店不是別人的温泉酒店，所以也可以。衞生很好，熱水池每天一換水，主打就是乾淨。
石板床這裡是自由的，因為客源比肯定有，不像温泉的石板床那麼搶手。
去英西峯林訂的酒店，周邊吃的不多，很多人在酒店吃飯，晚上也是都住滿了。整體比分不錯，放鬆休閑，每個人都可以在這個酒店找到樂趣。

這家民宿，運營很不好！很差很差！一共有兩棟樓，當天被安排到第二棟樓，客房服務基本沒有，服務人員也沒有客房的服務意識！整棟樓也沒有所謂的安保系統，就是誰都可以進來入住，很不安全！！衞生也不搞！！退房兩天的房間，依舊是原來樣子，亂糟糟的！整體體驗不佳，價格還貴！不建議入住此民宿！

住過有史以來體驗最差的酒店：
首先，一進門，一股刺鼻的甲醛味，剛剛裝修完沒有除味
房間和圖片完全不是一個樣，嚴重上當，衝著圖片的山景房去的，結果推開窗户就緊挨着小山包，妥妥的近距離山景
不知道是人手不夠還是沒有服務意識，叫送水可以從下午等到晚上都沒有人送來
更離譜的是房間裏的温泉池，就一個坑，一晚上都在轟隆轟隆響，奇葩到樓上的泡過温泉的水從下水道直接灌到下一層繼續泡，資源利用的簡直不要太好
嘩嘩的流水聲吵到半夜爬起來收拾行李換房間，真的是體驗超級無敵差

度假村在山腳下,田園邊,景觀較好,感覺比較舒服。度假村是一幢比較大的三層民宿,一樓有乾濕蒸,鹽、葯蒸,有按摩水池，房間比較大,床較大,房間內有泡池任意泡，設施都比較新。服務比較到位,員工們都很熱情很帖心，值得推薦！

環境很好清幽，前台小姐姐人美心善，態度很有禮貌，送了早餐券；房間寬敞明亮，窗外風景一級棒；房間內洗滌用品齊全，有牙刷牙膏，梳子，牙線棒，還有針線包；國慶叫車不方便，店長順路把我們送到了清遠城區，非常感動。親子自駕團建強烈推薦👍👍👍
