房間設施比較齊全，但房間顯得小，有個要吐槽是，牙刷質量不過關，全都是被壓壞，當晚就將就刷了，比較晚所以也沒要求更換。建議以後配套服務要更近，細節方面做得更精緻，有家的感覺，另外別墅衞生乾淨整潔，庭院有秋千，有温泉，有燒烤爐，會讓人感到舒服自在。辦理入住的時候會有免費的早餐券贈送，不過早餐相對簡單，需要改善下，加點錢也無所謂，入住時候是清明假期，酒店特別安排一系列手工活動，很有意思，老師講課很認真，另外有水上活動體驗，大小朋友都會喜歡，但相對較少設施設備可以去體驗，可能新開需要再完善。服務和管家態度非常好，服務到位，隨叫隨到，點個贊👏

別墅開業不到一年，還是很新很乾凈的，前台服務不錯，親自帶你到別墅，耐心講解房間裏的電器與温泉的使用，泳池水質超乾淨，水上設備也很好玩，計劃5月再過來一次。

孩子們玩得很高興，環境很安靜，房間衞生也很乾凈，小花園超棒，喝茶玩水燒烤，都很方便，還有小摩託，方便遊玩出行。管家服務沒得説。隨叫隨到。

管家不錯，隨叫隨到;房間格局也不錯，多個家人入住很方便。但早餐吃食太簡單，不夠豐富;屋內熱水器老自動熄火，老要啟動;屋內的布藝凳子也臟。

6000多的房費，真的前所未有的差，水上沒開，住宿就是自建房的感覺充當別墅，温泉就是不足10平方的院子裏一個小水泥池自己放水，早餐9個人是4塊玉米4個包子，別説我去的晚，早餐10.30結束，我9點就去了，而且吃早餐的地方要步行一公里（室外步行，就是走到一個不知名的破地方，感覺像農名工就餐的，馬桶是堵的，沙發和椅子都是污漬，睡袍我看了一眼，領口還有一根很長的頭髮，另外我看早餐那個餐具是旁邊直接水龍頭沖一下就直接用

游泳池太淺了，沒有成人的，然後蚊子還是有的，其他的都還行，性價比還是有的，畢竟空間，庭院擺在那裡，還是挺不錯的，值得推薦
