公寓是新建小區，清潔衞生比較乾淨，設施齊全（有洗衣機，冰箱等），小區就在清遠長隆附近（圖四的陽台可以看到長隆酒店），適合自駕遊（附近沒有公交車，沒有超市，沒有飯店），要開5-6公里到鎮上吃飯和購物，小車可以停在路邊（停在小區內要收費），管家服務好，有問必答，門鎖是密碼鎖（自助入住），五一假期一廳一房（可住四人）才300左右，價格便宜，性價比高。

200的價格也不能期待太高，但22:10到，還讓我們等了半小時，説是沒有安排好房間，衞生還沒有好。半小時後帶去6棟的房間，裏面煙味好濃，實在是讓人難以置信。想多要一床被子，前台也説沒有。希望服務速度提升、客房安排更合理準確快速、搞衞生要求和速度能更高。

不舒服，是頂樓，特別冷！床是1.5米亂寫1.8米，床墊非常硬塑料布上直接鋪床單，找管家要個被子墊一下説滿房沒有，一夜沒睡。還沒入住就顯示已入住，一早就扣款顯示已離店。非常差，不會再來！

房間雖然不算大但是很舒適，牆壁畫了卡通畫，小朋友特別喜歡。公寓所在小區就在長隆對面，在陽台上就能看到長隆的長頸鹿酒店。最棒的就是有兩張大床，特別適合二孩家庭，過年期間房價也不太高，還是很有性價比，總之這次的住房體驗特別好。

客服服務很貼心，環境優美空氣清新，房間乾淨明亮，十分靠近長隆。入住方便，樓下還有小童遊玩設施，小孩子都十分喜歡。

其實就是在一個小區裏面的房子改造的公寓，説不上國際二字，沒有早餐，房子裏也沒有爐具，周邊也沒有餐廳，我們衹好泡麪吃了😓 入住這裏貪圖近樂園。
