Big spacious clean rooms
Soft bed and ultra modern toilet and shower
The staff can speak English and are very helpful
The only issue is the poor insulation. I woke up to the alarm of my neighbours
The location is not so great and need to book a taxi
But for the price I paid, I got more than I expected

The hotel is not very good. There is a smell of humidity and cigarette smoke. The hygiene does not look very clean. The facilities are poor. The faucet in the shower room is broken. The highest-end double room has no bench for two people to sit down and drink a cup of tea. No, Xi'an at this address is definitely not acceptable. I've stayed at other places before and it's fine! I will not come to this location or this Xi'an Hotel again next time!
