性價比高，畢竟衹要幾十元，老城區舊房設施一般，二十小時熱水，交通方便，離松崗市場公交站幾百米，附近有菜市場，碌鵝燒肉什麼的還可以，吃飯的地方比較多。

住過最不好的公寓了。第一，房間真的真的非常非常非常非常小。第二，廁所居然沒有排氣扇。第三，洗澡沒有熱水。第四，床頭沒有插座。第五，隔音非常差，馬路邊邊車輛的聲音都可以停的一清二楚，而且安排的房間在最裡麪，按理説，別人上樓梯的聲音不應該聽到，結果居然也聽的一清二楚。總之是給我帶來很不好的體驗！！
