1.衞生服務都很好，過年人多服務態度都很好。
2.房間沒有異味，枕頭床都是乳膠枕的，床感覺有點軟，我不太習慣。
3.管家衹要有需要都會盡量配合滿足。
4.離美林湖商場摩天輪和坐船很近。
5.由於過年期間附近放煙花的比較多，晚上不能太早睡。
6.公寓就圖五中間米白色的那幾棟。
7.我們訂了兩套間，跟管家提了要住一起，公寓都是一電梯兩户，我們剛好住9樓，完美交流。
總體感覺，性價比高，比酒店乾淨衞生。有小驚喜！有美林湖温泉觀光車接送。但附近遊玩的地方真心不多。

在美林湖哥弟公寓酒店住了兩天，這套公寓是三房兩廳兩衞的，因為倆人入住，所以住的主卧，可以使用兩廳和廚房。如果家庭親子旅行住這樣的房型真是太好了。公寓環境優美，食街就近，送支裝水，捲紙質量好，有求必應，還為入住客人送了水果。開車住店的，保安總能給找個停車位。不足的是已損壞的傢俱要修一修，地面清潔再到位一些。

房間很大很舒適，裝修簡潔大方，衞生不錯，環境很安靜。樓下有個園子，傳來陣陣桂花香。靠近商業街，玩樂項目很多，美食也很多，非常適合度假。

房間跟住家裡差不多，夠大，乾淨，住着挺舒服的，訂的是一房一廳， 有兩個房間是鎖起來的，但是不影響什麼，離摩天輪很近，晚上的摩天輪好好看，公寓能免費接送去泡温泉的地方，這一點做得挺好，去的路上坐着接駁車，15分鐘左右，沿途看看周邊還是挺不錯的！

美林湖人山人海，尤其是摩天輪區劃重點點，摩天輪很划算，10塊錢一次，坐他三4圈都划算，衹是長者家都不喜歡坐，很好，下次避開節日再來
