就是個村辦企業，那個水上樂園很小，到處都要收錢，更衣室儲物櫃要30塊，房間衹免費提供兩條毛巾多要一條要5塊，漂流一定要早點來，下午3點就截止檢票了，如果退了房才去漂流，那個公共更衣室人多無熱水洗澡，儲物櫃也是要30塊一個，房間中規中矩吧，270度觀景陽台衹有一個桌子四個椅子，建議擺點花花草草，尤其是陽台跟隔壁房間連着，建議用點綠化稍微遮擋一下

入住前一晚交代了要高樓層，訂房的時候也在平台備註了，去到登記時前台硬是不肯，給的三樓景觀和隔音都差，後面説了要投訴才肯換高層的房，既然有空房為什麼一開始不肯給？那備註和溝通沒用的話你們的服務體現在哪裡？況且節假日房價貴了近三百，換來就這種服務？門上的蜘蛛可以體現這裏的衞生情況，來入住就準備和前台吵架吧，拿個袋子啥的都要再三催促才會送，好久沒住過那麼差的酒店了

二月份時訂包溫泉，四月份時去到時話已經關閉左，水上樂園又未開，前台將溫泉票轉左為筆架山景區門票。房間之後加錢由原本家庭房升級至高層有浴缸的房間給小朋友玩水。

就在筆架山腳下，去景區非常方便，拿房卡購買門票還有優惠。原本以為住的是鳥語花香睡個安穩覺，但幾乎一夜沒睡好，首先窗外就是一排大水箱，半夜轟轟作響格外明顯；其次我們住的702房間天花板的夾層一直都在空調滴水，一家人都陸續被吵醒，最後實在忍不了了，要求換了房間。但是，入住的時候明明和前台溝通過如果有熊貓主題的房間給安排一下，孩子來之前在網上看到這個圖片因為喜歡熊貓。結果702也不是這個主題，我以為沒房了。最後因為空調滴水換的空房就是熊貓主題房！合著當客人的訴求是空氣唄，早安排這個房間我們全家也不至於一夜沒睡！！

地方比較偏遠，在山上，叫外賣有啲遠，樓下無餐廳，無便利店（要日頭先開）夜晚就無開，附近都無鋪頭，要坐半個鐘車出市中心先有野食，有野買，夜晚可以話只可以留係酒店！除左筆架山近之外，去邊都有啲遠，水上活動要26號先開放，本來book左三晚，第二日即刻退房！

酒店位置優越，離筆架山景區入口步行幾分鐘的距離，乾淨衞生，到的時候有冷空氣，空調給力，贊一個。略覺得有點欠缺的是早餐種類較少，對於吃得不多的超過1米2的小朋友也加收錢，這個感覺在這個行業略顯計較～
