The staff were mazing right from the porters, the front desk young man Casper, received us and enlightened us on how to get about, one of the managers Fancy Su ensured we started off nicely. The environment was full of where to go which we couldn’t complete and have to return to continue. Thanks to all of you who made our stay comfortable.

’ve been here just once. I had a good memory, so I reserved this hotel again as my sibling came to GZ from Korea. I booked two different rooms, one of which has a balcony with a private pool since recently it rained so much, which might not be able to let us enjoy outdoor pools. 雷欣 (lei xin) is a person helping us while staying here. On the first time only my family visited, no one came to us and tried to explain the place or any other things, but this time two women who are pretty good at English guided us and tried to explain the place, which made me communicate and understand them, even if only my husband can speak in Chinese. The room rate is reasonable and all condition is perfect for family travelers. I am willing to visit here again.

I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. The parent-child room I booked had a smell in the toilet which was not well ventilated. The service staff thoughtfully put in the aromatherapy. The buffet restaurant was not good, but the tea restaurant on the first floor was delicious. The service staff is enthusiastic. The overall experience can be described as ”affordable price, but details need to be improved.” Here are my detailed feelings: **advantage:** 1. **The room is spacious and comfortable** The hotel rooms are very spacious and comfortable to live in. Especially during the Chinese New Year when the weather was colder, the heating in the room worked well and I felt very warm when I slept at night without having to worry about catching a cold. 2. **Free Ferris Wheel Ticket** The Ferris wheel ticket given by the hotel is a highlight! Riding the Ferris wheel allows you to have a bird's eye view of the entire park, especially the beautiful lights at night, which adds a lot of fun to the journey. 3. **Reasonable breakfast options** The breakfast buffet selection is relatively reasonable. Although the variety is not particularly rich, it is enough to meet the needs of most people. Although theoretically served until 8:00pm, we found that the food had stopped being restocked around 7:30pm and the choices were very limited. This aspect of service clearly needs improvement. **Summarize:** Qingyuan Jinsha Lakeside Hotel is generally good value for money, especially the space and heating equipment in the room make people feel comfortable, and the Ferris wheel ticket is also a thoughtful arrangement. If the hotel can improve on these details, I believe it will bring a better experience to travelers. For travelers on a budget, this is still a good choice.

Take the baby to Qingyuan Chimelong for tourism, the hotel is about half an hour drive from Chimelong. The hotel is in a very good location, close to the city government, located on the riverside, with a wide view and beautiful night view; the hotel cafeteria has a good environment, a complete breakfast, and a good service attitude; The hotel room size is also large, and the stay experience is generally good. Bring your baby to Chimelong, you can choose the hotel package, including bus pick-up service.

Room is large, modern and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Sometimes the wifi signal is good enough to access Whatsapp. There is no English TV channels though. Friendly staff provides great service, esp Ms Fan. They called taxis for us. They gave helpful advices and recommendation. Breakfast spread is a combination of Chinese and Western. However, the latter is limited. Food is yummy and there are some changes in daily breakfast spread.

The room is large and well-equipped. The park has mountains, water and hot springs, which is suitable for family gatherings. The air is fresh and the greenery is dense. The breakfast is rich, and there are also lucky bags and spring couplets activities in spring. It was a pleasant stay!

We took the train from Guangzhou to Qingyuan city ,it takes only 30 min . My fisrt impression when I just arrived here was the cleanliness of this hotel , I have been staying in so many hotels around China ,but this tooks our hearth . the room is supper big and not smelly , it's looks like a small appartment that has everything in it , the view from the balcony is incredible as you can see the mountains around you , also the weather is so clean especially for those who suffer from air polluted cities , with all this the breakfast was delecious as you have the right to choose between the Chinese breakfast and western one , what a combination between the two , breakfast starts at 9:00 an until 10:00 am . the city is really beautiful as we had the chance to visit Gulongxia Glass Grand Canyon which only 5km away from the hotel , that places is just amazing and it's definelty worth visit , I advice to visit this place when it's sunny . All in all , if I had the chance to visit this city I would definitely stay in this hotel again .also it's super convenient ,see you in the near future .
