凌晨一點多燈自己開了怎麼關都不上，來修完了，修的空調也不行了，我説給我們另開一間吧，太晚了，我們明天過來收拾東西，第二天早晨，也沒和我們説一聲工作人員直接就去了我們那間房，門大開着，我們還沒有退房，即使是維修是不是也得等我們收拾一下，或者問我們一下，還理直氣壯的説我們是客房的，房間沒人我們可以隨便進出，真是有種被冒犯了私隱的感覺，他們工作人員根本意識不到他們有什麼錯，也不覺得自己很無禮，再就是早餐，你們的酒店，不算便宜的吧，加兩份早餐20-30吧，就讓我們吃鹹菜，雞蛋也變味了，吃了都怕****，饅頭都是硬的，你們的錢是賺的真容易 第一張是你們的早餐，第二張是同價位其他酒店的早餐，木有對比就沒有傷害

房間還可以 房間説是開了地暖但是感覺冷 空調不能自己開 打電話問了前台 説是空調都是統一開的 真的很無語 每個人的體感不一樣 住個酒店温度不能自己調控就真的接受不了 要入住的慎重吧

剛進房間很濃很濃的消毒水味，躺床上後還一陣一陣的腳臭味，還有前台開房時候讓多給一張卡，方便些，沒聽説過一張房卡還要按金的

凌晨辦理入住前台服務員極其不耐煩，花錢我這是給自己找事了，現場辦入住沒優惠我在大廳網上下單，給前台看身份證照片她讓我把訊息，念給她辦入住期間態度惡劣，我在這裏住還不對了。前兩次在這裏住前台服務周到都是凌晨入住這次我都懷疑人生，
在外面住的很多地方沒見過這樣對顧客的，不讓住就鎖門幹嘛惡語相加。
肯定沒下次了多謝你的服務。
還有開始網上下單日期錯了您都給辦入住，完事打電話告訴我取消再下訂單，我就服了這個前台服務員，我什麼話都不想説了評論的意思是在這家酒店晚上辦入住要考慮清楚再去，我這氣生的主要還是自己花錢買的。
