攜程上定的房型，到店誘導升房間。在前台升到247的房，但是攜程上沒有這種房型。房間衞生很差，洗浴用品都是瓶裝的，退房不更換。床頭櫃上有煙洞，床腳櫃有女人遺留下的長頭髮。衞生間沒熱水，洗手盆水無法放出去。反正一個字，差。來貴州30天，住過最差的酒店。店長服務態度極差，247的房本來有免費充電服務，酒店不告知。還需要客人自己詢問。最後我詢問為什麼不告知有免費充電服務，她説你沒問啊！搞笑，什麼是服務行業？
