First of all, I would like to praise the hotel for its excellent service! Every waiter and employee is very enthusiastic, and the greetings are not mechanical expressions, but a heartfelt welcome. Then the environment of the hotel is very good, full of modernity, and there is a special place for singing, which is quite interesting. The breakfast was good, very crusty, and I saved the whole breakfast and lunch 😂😂😂. Our room had a small courtyard, which was very good. It met the needs of smokers and would not affect the family. The hotel is close to the ancient town and museums. The only drawback is that there are no restaurants nearby. It is not very convenient to walk to eat and drink. You must at least take a taxi and ride a bike. You have to consider parking when driving. Everything else is very satisfactory! 哇塞～這家酒店的地理位置超級棒呢，就在青州雲門山風景區裏！還靠近青州古城呢~ 院子大得可以停好多車哦，假山、魚池也都超美噠～ 室內裝修超級棒的説，衞生也很乾凈，服務超級nice的房間暖暖噠還有地暖哦，超級適合度假的啦！💖

新晉旅遊熱門城市的新開酒店，生意火爆過年期間幾乎日日滿房。設施比較新，但服務負分，下次不會入住了。 若大家對服務有要求的話，也建議避坑。 在房間設施出現問題時，酒店選擇第一時間隱瞞。客户反饋後又以一個又一個謊言搪塞，由始至終均未變現出絲毫歉意，一切顯得理所當然，愛住不住。攜程介入調解後，依然是謊話連篇。 感謝攜程積極幫助客户進行維權，雖然最終酒店也沒有表現出任何歉意。但過年期間攜程的積極協調和及時介入，讓本次掃興的旅程增添了温暖。未來選酒店還選攜程，這家酒店將永遠進入黑名單。
