外表高大上，內部洗澡水龍頭不好用，沒有洗澡的沐浴露，後來在旮旯裏找到個瓶子，需要帶蹲着擠壓，世界上最小的牙刷頭，撕不開的牙刷塑料包裝，394元錢，住了50元的感覺

1.辦理入住前台一臉冷漠，別人房卡消磁了，給充上磁後扔給我，説:你的。我説不是我的吧，她就把卡放在那裡，也不找顧客。入住的時候旁邊有顧客的孩子想上廁所，廁所沒有燈，有工作人員問前台，女廁所沒有燈怎麼辦，前台説的是，沒有燈她也沒辦法。這種時候難道不應該找維修人員？感覺事不關己
2.晚上去的，大廳感覺還行乾淨，結果第二天起床下來才看着，大廳地面都很臟。
3.房間不知道什麼味，牆角發黴，浴室地面很黏，管飯的地方生銹嚴重，沒有乾濕分離。忍受不了的是牙刷掉毛！！！！
4.説是温泉，室外温泉是擺設，室內温泉有幾個池，感覺不乾淨，消毒水味非常大，滑梯是擺設，應該很久沒開了。很多設施都生銹了，孩子進泳池玩了幾分鐘，就帶走了，沒敢繼續玩。
5.可能因為有開會的，早餐供應不及時，餐廳桌子上還有小蟲子，早餐質量不説了，反正孩子一口都沒吃。吃到一半還停電了，也沒有人説明一下。
總體感覺就是，酒店聽着很大氣，規劃也是好的，但是入住以後基本沒有好的體驗，可以説從來沒有過這麼差的體驗

從不給差評，但是這個實在太差了，毛巾臟的擦腳都嫌惡心，毛巾舊，硬，黑，上邊還有臟東西，這樣毛巾還給客人用，杯子入住就這樣，像是上一位客人這樣用的沒換，馬桶下水很慢，隔音也很差

提醒大家千萬不要去住，也建議攜程重新考慮一下評星情況。這個酒店是我入住後立刻離開的唯一，出差半夜到達青州，攜程查詢訂了這個温泉酒店，門口一片漆黑，大堂辦理入住要求交100元按金，我是攜程離店後付的訂單，無語。電梯間的照明是聲控的。樓道都是發黴的地毯味道。心想着將就一下，進去房間後直接無語。馬桶，床上，洗手池，我馬上就要吐出來了。立刻離開。未聯繫攜程客服就一個原因，要留着評價，希望大家不要上當受騙了！

床墊跟木板一樣硬，床單都洗破的了那種，房間燈光昏暗，馬桶還壞了不能沖水，隔音非常差，一晚上都有嘈雜聲和樓上傢俱摩擦地板的聲音。早餐基本沒啥吃的，連個水果都沒有。最主要登記時前台服務態度非常差，定了豪華大床房給我弄了個套房，打電話諮詢讓聯繫攜程平台，還好平台的態度比較好。下次再也不想住了

周邊環境還是不錯的。房間設施比較老式，但也還可以接受。強烈建議把浴巾換新，實在是太舊了，感覺不衞生。
