房間很乾凈，而且距離景點非常近，很方便，租了一個電動三輪車，玩起來一點不費力，小區環境優美，周邊購物方便，尤其尤其是對面的雲門劇院3號地下停車場，讓我在昨天狂風暴雨中一點不擔心車輛安全，小區寵物友好，城市寵物友好，房東寵物友好，連大潤發都能帶寵物進，下次還來

帶着長者孩子入住，出了火車站，打車很快就到了，位置很好找…屋裡乾淨整齊。住的很舒服！長者也很滿意！
從住的地方到青州古城非常近、範公亭公園、青州博物館也都不遠！周圍吃飯、叫外賣都很方便！下次來，還會住這！

非常棒，一進去就有回家的感覺，真好！小區裏安靜，距離古城近，遊玩不需要駕車。步行途中去老青州飯店就餐也很不錯。有機會再來或者盆友來玩，就選他們家！

✨【初印象】
房間乾淨温馨，賓至如歸，兩個大床，一個1.5一個1.8。客廳大沙發很舒服，還有一個小搖搖馬，孩子很喜歡玩。客廳和卧室都有空調。
民宿小區環境優美，有電梯方便帶娃推車，小區門口自己找免費停車位。
房東熱情好客，給推薦了旅遊線路，幫助我們節省了時間，還推薦了當地美食和人氣餐廳。
距離古城超級近，步行十來分鐘就走到了，交通超級方便。
電熱水器洗澡方便，水温適宜，生活用品齊全，提供一次性肥皂、牙膏牙刷，沐浴露洗髮水、拖鞋、毛巾都齊全。
陽台很大曬衣服很方便，還有洗衣機和洗衣粉。我們自帶了洗衣液。
廚房有廚具、餐具、煤氣爐和烤箱。

民宿是高端小區，位置非常好找，距離青州古城特別近，出門就是，房主服務熱情周到，有問必答，把附近的好吃好玩的地方都給推薦了過來，房子的格局非常好，這是我住過最舒服的名宿，小區門前停車位多出行特別多方便

地理位置好，兩個房間都很大，足夠睡4個人，還可以洗衣服，很適合出來旅遊的人。如果你喜歡做飯，還可以自己做飯。房東給的入住指南很詳細。

離古城真的很近。房子位置就在小區東門邊上，出入也很方便。房子是個2樓，對帶狗子出行的，很方便。房間很寬敞，收拾得很乾凈，屋內無異味。被褥乾燥乾淨無異味。暖氣真強，晚上被熱醒了好幾次。房東很熱心，幫忙推薦當地的好吃。
