1、我們是新能源車春節自駕遊，北京、徐州、沂水、青州，一路過來在攜程APP上看到標註有充電樁才定的這家酒店。結果，等到達酒店去充電車位停車時，老遠的一個大嬸子大聲呼喊，你們不是特斯拉不能在這裏充電！敢情衹有“尊貴的特斯拉車主”才能充電！ 早知這樣那我幹嘛多花100多塊錢住你們這垃圾酒店！？
2、我們是下午四點多辦理入住，結果前台告知房間還沒有打掃。下午四點多了房間還沒打掃好？12點退房，下午四點還沒打掃好！ 真是從未遇到過。
3、吃早餐更窩心！ 門口的小哥工作可真負責！ 我們兩張房卡，四份早餐，衹要進四個人不就得了？ 那得問清楚誰和誰一個房間？ 我們誰和誰一個房間關你什麼事？ 要求我們帶的孩子購買早餐券，79元/人。想錢想瘋了吧？！我們住了那麼多的酒店，早上吃早餐都是父母帶一個小孩子完全沒問題。到銀座佳悦就得付費買早餐券了！ 帶孩子的家庭避雷銀座佳悦（青州古城店）吧！
4、房間裏的設施陳舊不堪，電視機還沒電腦屏幕大！隔音更是垃圾！來自樓上的隔壁的四面八方的噪音！根本沒法睡覺！
5、價格比別的酒店要貴150多塊錢！ 去青州的朋友多對比一下看看吧！這家酒店不值得入住！
總結：這家酒店沒有人情味兒！是一家沒有温度的酒店！簡直就是垃圾！ 誰住誰後悔！第一次因為一家酒店拉低了對一座城的看法！
