Hotels with Breakfast in Qinhuangdao

The Shangri-La hotel is a beautiful hotel located in a prime spot next to the beach. There is a great buzz and range of facilities at the hotel. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, however, there were a few frustrating things. I arrived after the check-in time but my room was not yet ready. To compensate for this, I was taken to the executive lounge and my request for a late check out was accepted. At breakfast the next morning, many of the coffee machines had run out of milk and it took a little while for the milk to be topped up.

Impeccable. Rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff are so friendly and kind. They make a great effort to speak and understand english. The Japanese restaurant is pricey but worth every cent. It is a little far from the city but the staff are ready to call a taxi at the drop of a hat. Excellent hotel.

Room view: The floor is very high and you can overlook Qinhuangdao. Location and transportation: It is on the upper floor of Maoye, which is very convenient. There is everything downstairs and it is not far to go anywhere. Service: Miss Liu Wanhui at the check-in front desk is very enthusiastic and always smiling. She helps us solve problems. It is very good. Room facilities: There is no smart home in the room, which may be the only bug. Wifi: Turn on the wifi and enter the name to automatically connect. Bed: The bed is very comfortable and the room is not humid. Miss Liu Wanhui at the front desk is very good. The service is warm and thoughtful! I will choose to stay in this hotel next time🏨

Great location and great rooms including the fitness center. However, the staff were terrible. On the first day they gave us a room which had dirty tissue paper at the toilet area still there. After complaining they changed our room and while one of us were in the shower they mistanenly gave our room key to another guest who then tried to enter our room. They compensated us with free breakfast but such an error was not expected at a Marriott hotel in the first place. Very disappointing. It also felt like the staff didn't really care the whole time with a very emotionless style of talking. Unfortunate.

The hotel was absolutely amazing, I was greeted as soon as arrived by Joey who was a manger there whose service was helpful and fantastic throughout my whole stay. The breakfast was great, there was a gentleman there that was part of the staff who was very helpful. The hotel amenities were great as well. There was also Christina another staff member that was very hospitable and helpful during my stay. I would definitely recommend any family to come and visit here. I really want to thank the staff there because they were absolutely helpful throughout the two nights I spent there.

I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton. The location is convenient and it’s easy to get around. The room was great and the breakfast was amazing, western and Chinese food. They also have dinner a really good dinner buffet too. The staff was also friendly and helpful. Special Thanks to Joey, the receptionist. He spoke English really well and he was really friendly and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to have great time in Beidaihe.

What a lovely gem of a hotel! I was reluctantly (very reluctantly) persuaded to leave Beijing for the weekend and head for the nesrest beach - Qinhuangdao. The Bullet Train was great fun - we splashed out on first-class tickets and had the first-class cabin all to ourselves. Qinhuangdao was a welcome change of pace from the self-important hussle of Beijing. The bad things first - the weather was terrible and the beach itself is more 1970s Blackpool than present-day Antibes. But the Hampton by Hilton was a delightful surprise. The staff are absolutely delightful. Although they don’t speak English, the use of a few translation apps soon explained to them what we needed and they always did their best to look after us. The rooms are great - we even got a free upgrade to a suite. The breakfast options are many and varied. We were the only Western guests that weekend and the other guests seemed to be Chinese middle-class families. If I had to guess I would say they tended to be from other parts of China as they didn’t seem to be the usual rude impatient Beijingers. It was lovely to see Al the little children having fun with their parents. So, our thanks to the ladies at Reception, the young concierge guys, the housekeepers and the busy breakfast staff. The owners of the this hotel is blessed with great staff. Thank you all so much for looking after us so well.

The scenery was STUNNING. If you are planning to take a quick 2-3 day trip to the beach, this location is perfect. It’s about a 5-10 minute walk to the public beaches and a couple parks. The service and food at the restaurant was mediocre, but everything else was exceptional. Quite a few seafood options available in the area, but not much else. No microwave or fridge in the room.

The parking lot is large, divided into above-ground and underground parking lots. Just enter the license plate number at the front desk. The room is spacious and upgraded to a high-floor room for free. The view is vast and the room is clean. The hotel has complete facilities, including robot service and a self-service laundry room, which makes it very convenient to wash clothes. The overall service attitude is good, the stay is very comfortable, and a small gift was given when leaving the hotel.

It was a very pleasant trip. The hotel is very convenient and bustling around! The lady at the front desk upgraded our room, which was very spacious! The library on the second floor is very good, and there are picture books suitable for children. The breakfast is very rich, but the quality is still inferior to other five-star hotels. The service of the waiters in the restaurant needs to be improved. Generally, they will take the initiative to help children with hot things, but the waiters in this restaurant did not, and there was no sense of enthusiastic service.
