非常滿意的一次入住體驗！房間裏的床單被褥很乾凈很厚實，該有的都有了。早餐品種齊全、味道不錯！如果再遊山海關可以再次入住。
唯一遺憾的是，火車站北廣場正在維修中，酒店介紹中説的“出站1分鐘路程到達酒店”無法實現。
電視機旁邊的煙灰缸應該拿走，無煙房間會更受人歡迎。
酒店距離山海關城非常近，穿過公園幾分鐘就可以到達。

位置還不錯火車站背面，停車方便，住了2晚，第一天入住覺得除了房間不大其他各方面都還不錯，房間新設計時尚床品舒適洗澡水舒服，隔音麼走廊路有人來來回回走的時候講話能聽見但不妨礙休息，第二晚真的有點讓人受不了，睡下被隔壁房間按門鈴聲開門關門聲吵醒，接着隔壁洗漱，下水道可能互通滴水聲滴答滴答半小時左右才停歇，再接着聞到一股濃烈的煙味，以為走廊裏門縫吹進來，開門發現走廊沒味，但房間裏的煙味越來越濃怎麼也睡不着，最後發現原來是從空調出風裡吹出來的（不知道是不是隔壁住着煙癮巨大的煙民）衹能起來關空調開窗，窗簾太厚衹能打開窗簾吹了很久到3點多隔壁大概睡覺了我才能開始睡覺，早起後收拾行李時看到牀頭櫃居然還有不知道啥時候留下剪的指甲，好惡心，瞬間第一天的好感全都沒有了，還有就是酒店叫cofeetel，讓人感覺cofee是個特色吧，但其實每間房就免費送小小一杯（雖然我也不愛喝但就覺得有點摳搜）關鍵是味道還不如房裡的掛耳咖啡！

錦江旗下的喆啡酒店是我第一次入住，超出我預期，山海關的這家喆啡在高鐵站的北廣場，出站就是，可惜北廣場目前還在內部裝修中，還未投入使用，以後如果正常使用就真能實現出站一分鐘即可到酒店。不過對於我自駕的客人來説，沒一點影響。酒店2025年新開，自有停車場，還有洗衣房。保安前台保潔都很熱情，主動招呼問候，還給我升了雙床房，酒店大堂很有格調，雖然不大但很精緻。進了房間，海派的裝修非常合我心意，設施全面，乾淨衞生，床品也不錯，睡的很舒服，唯一欠缺的就是少一塊化粧鏡。酒店雖然新開，但是沒有一點裝修異味，空氣還是很清新的，非常滿意！

整體非常好，可能今年新開業的原因，無論是軟件硬件配置、衞生環境、前台態度還是裝修風格，都很棒哈哈超出預期！山海關住了好幾家耳熟能詳的連鎖酒店了，果然新開的就是好啊……😭套房有個單獨的卧室睡覺很安靜。缺點是早餐簡樸單調，看個人需求吧，以及每天阿姨打掃衞生不是很走心，衹是收收垃圾疊疊被子，桌子油漬也沒給擦擦啥的。前後給了兩包秦皇島特產小禮包，很有愛！最近火車站北廣場關閉了，不然出站幾十米就到了
