房間整潔，環境不錯，交通便利。
位置得天獨厚，位於商業區，購物就餐非常方便。
前台服務員熱情周到，回答問題耐心細緻，讓人有一種回家的感覺。
下次再去秦皇島還要選這裏。

廁所好臟 坐便圈之類的東西都沒有需要現去吧枱要，衞生條件不太好，好評都是前台小姐姐低聲下氣求來的，不過他們態度還不錯 看有小孩還會給加小床，人員滿意 環境不太好不想在來了。

房間大小地段都比較合適，樓下有夜市。不過一定和前台小姐姐打好關係，安排到”中獎”的房間，一夜就別想睡覺。

其一辦理入住過程緩慢，且一上來就問在攜程上訂的房價是多少，辦理過程中兩名前台一直嬉笑，且聊與check in 不那麼相關的話題，專業性似乎沒有那麼高。辦理過程中，強制要求加微信註冊會員，同行人員問可不可以不加微信，直接被忽略，非要加工作微信領東西，大概十多分鐘才給房卡……
其二出現了double check in的情況，給我們的房卡在門外就聽見了電視的聲音，當刷卡房卡之後映入眼簾的是一片狼藉的房間有各種外賣袋子在桌上,被子拖鞋都很亂，有明顯的居住痕跡，很明顯這是一間已經check in 的房間，然後去到前台，也沒有道歉，前台緩了兩秒就説是給錯房卡了，可能是看我們脾氣太好了是吧，就説重新換衣間，旁邊另外一個前台提醒她給我們升房型，也沒有過多道歉。但是當刷開新房間的門發現這兩間房的房型一模一樣是沒有區別的，設施設備的一切都是一樣的，根本不存在房型上的升級，衹不過一個在八層一個在九層，所以升的是樓層嗎?double check in 是酒店的紅線難道不知道嗎?
總之，本次入住體驗非常差，對這家酒店很失望。

我訂的是全新大床房 看照片感覺很大 我旁邊的房間也很大 但給我的房間十分狹小 再最邊上 在登記開房時候 前台服務員跟實習生説不要給我這一間 我不懂是什麼意思 一個人人少就給我最小的最邊上的房間嗎？值得説的是打掃衞生的姐姐態度超級超級好，也就衹有這個值得誇的了，其他的不吐槽就很好了

房間味道特別大，中間因為我自己的原因換過一次房，結果味道都一樣大，是那種煙味兒混合黴味兒的味道。。。。
屋裡有味道也還好，我開窗換氣唄，但是窗外有空調外機，很吵，所以也不能開窗户。
嗆死了快要。。。
