Xiao Zhao reception is so friendly helpfull. i will back there all time when i come beidaihe :). good hotel clean, near to beach. breakfast delicious... 2 time i came here. i wanna see summer beidaihe next time ^^

Finally, a kind taxi driver recommended us to a local hospital with a burns department. The driver, who we only met once, was more helpful than the hotel staff. What is the function of your waitstaff? Are they just standing by the door like pillars? They can't keep you awake even if a customer is in a hurry? And what about the night shift? We don't expect you to provide excellent service, but at least you should be there to help us when we needed it. Isn't that the most basic thing you can do in the service industry? 完全超出預期，老闆自己設計的超五星民宿，民宿坐落的地理位置很好，離老虎石徒步衹需要20分鐘的行程，這邊民宿非常多，但目之所及唯有這家民宿可以給滿分，因為不論裝修，衞生還是床的舒適度，還有淋浴的熱水，還有一應俱全的灶具和餐具，天台還可以燒烤，總之配置上無可挑剔，最重要的是老闆的服務也是無微不至，非常非常非常完美的一次民宿體驗，感謝老闆的熱情關照！必須再光臨（純自發評價老闆自信的都沒跟我提讓給個好評，哈哈）

Really enjoyed my stay at this place! Had a free room upgrade to Superior Room and wow it is massive! The hotel staff were all do polite and there is a laundry room & gym, which quite meets my needs. The gym might be a bit shody, but it's functioning.
