The location is very lively and on a high floor. Although the elevators were a bit chaotic and the hotel is a bit old, it didn't affect the cleanliness of the facilities or the spaciousness of the rooms. The bedding needs updating as some of it is damaged. For twin rooms, choose one at the end of the corridor, otherwise, you'll open your window to see neighboring residential windows. The other side facing the road is quite noisy. Overall, I'd give it a 4/5. Breakfast needs improvement; there wasn't much to eat.

The hotel is strategically located, only 8 minutes walk to the Qinzhou Arbitration Committee, convenient distance, time and effort, greatly convenient for court appearances. Due to the court session at 15 pm, the time is tight, communicate with the hotel in advance about the late check-out needs, the front desk staff is warm and responsive, and quickly assists to delay the check-out time until 14:30, properly solves the rest and preparation time before the court, and the service is very user-friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the environment is quiet, which is conducive to rest adjustment before the exam/before the court appearance, and cost-effective. For business travelers who work in Qinzhou Municipal Government and Arbitration Committee, it is a very suitable accommodation choice and worth recommending.
