可以説這是我出差十二年住過的最差的酒店（民宿）了。
首先，我實地去看了一下民宿的位置，緊挨着欽江，但是在一個村子裏，周邊的路全是泥濘不堪，鋪裝路面早就坑坑窪窪了，非常難走，然後我就打電話説取消預訂，女老闆來了句，不能免費取消，要交房費40%的違約金，我想想還是算了，湊合一晚得了。
其次，來到民宿，一進院子大門，地面也是泥，還有水坑，走路需要謹小慎微的走，石板路要看清了踩，不然很有可能會被絆倒。
第三，一進房間，撲面而來的是一股潮濕夾帶着發黴的味道，牆面看似粉刷的有點藝術，湊近了一看，這不就是牆體受潮生的一片一片的水暈嘛！還有，床鋪弄的皺皺巴巴的，好像有人躺過一樣，床單被罩換沒換也存疑。最最最令人恐怖的是（我是男的都覺得恐怖），從窗户往院子一看，發現一衹長長的尾巴跑過去了，****，大老鼠，我沒看錯確實是一衹大老鼠！半夜睡覺醒來還能聽見老鼠滋滋的叫，生怕老鼠鑽進被子裏，一晚上沒睡好！
第四，不給開發票，一開始是推脱，啊正在開車呢，回去開，要麼就是下午開好發你微信，等到了晚上還沒開，就説是啊我們網絡故障了，明天先找人修好網絡再給你開。反正就是拖着不給開，偷税漏税也沒人舉報。
言而總之一句話，這家民宿真心坑，是大坑裡套着小坑，小坑裡還有釘子，老闆是個女的，説話也不怎麼客氣，有點沖。總之，住這家民宿就是一鎚子買賣，以後來欽州誰住這家民宿誰就是**！

設施：面積很大，有陽台、浴缸，洗浴用品還可以，投影儀很棒，停車的位置有一點少。五一去的房價不低，可惜泳池沒開。
衞生：就是自己打掃的民宿，榻榻米上面會有頭髮，跟酒店比還是有一點差距。
環境：民宿裏面很有氛圍感，花花草草打理的很漂亮，但是就是蚊子多，陽台正對欽江，窗口下面是周圍村民養雞的地方，早上會有雞叫，有一種割裂感😂
服務：民宿老闆基本有求必應，很熱情的

這個房型很大，軟裝很有品味，住着很舒服。院子裏植被覆蓋，還有一顆很大的桂圓樹，老闆很好，請我們吃樹上摘下的桂圓。第一次吃這麼新鮮的桂圓。房間裏面還有茶台和茶具，老闆大氣，給了茶葉，隨便泡。那個應該是坭興茶壺，泡茶真不錯。推薦入住

進去的路，晚上走相當嚇人！小院都是綠植，一樓的房間外有小泳池，打卡可以，但生態有點太好了！晚上發現了2隻蜘蛛進房間！而且一樓潮，被子有種不乾燥的感覺，睡覺並不舒服
