房間的設施比較陳舊了，熱水不穩定，忽冷忽熱的。房間裏的牆面有明顯掉落，前台服務生硬，早餐品類比較少，幾乎是斷糧狀態，補給很慢。客房服務員還不錯。酒店對面就是仙島公園，適合休閑散步看日落。

房間太臟了，窗簾又黑又臟，淋浴房門關不緊，水流出來，整個廁所都是水，牆面掉皮，問題是線下比網上還便宜，還送早餐，真的是大大的無語，洗手枱小得可憐。

來欽州港出差好多次了，每次都是住這裏，位置非常好，還是海景房，每天可以看到下午退潮，早上起來又漲潮了，旁邊就有一個公園可以散步，還有很多紅樹林，服務員態度非常好，打掃衞生非常乾淨，昨天晚上服務員提醒我沒有訂房，我還把服務員兇了，後面我查看訂單是我搞錯了時間，我現在鄭重的向昨天晚上值班的服務員道歉。

酒店不算太老就是不怎麼保養，整個酒店你進去就是一股發黴那種味道，不管電梯走廊客房都是，房間衞生比較差，地板都是壞的，後來換了一下，發黴的味道真的大，牆上座椅都能看到發黴的那種點，就沒遇見那麼差的雅斯特，

房間乾淨整潔寬敞，背面是街巷停車場，晚上很好睡覺；周邊酒店很多，但還是連鎖酒店住着更放心，這個雅斯特年限久些但品質有保證；地理位置離仙島公園近，周邊夜市飯店美食也多，作為欽州港一日遊我個人覺得很適合。另外，前台小姐姐耐心解決問題也很棒哦！

舊是舊了點去欽州港沒有多少酒店，畢竟條件好的貴的沒毛病，燈光總體感覺偏暗晚上黑麻麻的，靠近海邊都會有潮濕也是正常了，中等可以接受範圍吧，
