1.有異味，2.衞生差，3.設施不完善，廁所燈忽閃忽閃的，沒有吹風機，4.不隔音且有一個窗户是在走廊開了不安全不開就封閉了很壓抑。

性價比不錯。位置一般，周圍一些老小區。窗簾不知道為什麼很臟，一般賓館不清潔窗簾，可能老闆也沒注意看。

假期因為工作原因出差欽州，在假期期間還有這麼便宜的房而且能開票，已經很難得了，房間衞生乾淨，前台帥哥也好説話，總之非常滿意。
