This was the worst experience we had staying in Hainan. The photos and comments are not true. The facilities in the room we were given are very old. The description on the page (renovated in 2024) is completely false. When I turned on the air conditioner, there was a musty smell. The disposable bath towels they provided were irregular, thin and small, and they didn't even dare to mark the size on the package. The most uncomfortable thing was that the hose under the shower faucet was broken and kept slipping out, making it impossible to take a shower. The hose had to be inserted 6 or 7 times for each shower, and it kept falling off, so the shower head couldn't produce water. Later, I rinsed it in a hurry and didn't even dare to wash my hair because it was already 10 p.m. and I didn't want to find customer service (housekeeper) again. I took a photo as evidence. It must have been broken for a long time. All in all, this was the worst experience I've had in many years of traveling and staying abroad. The room rates may seem low, but if they use fake pictures and reviews to attract guests, and then after they move in they are unable to use even the most basic facilities, that is infuriating!
