The hotel is good, everything is clean. The view from the window is gorgeous. The area is large, there are places to walk. There is also a swimming pool on site. I recommend

This is a great place to stay, a little hard to find as it’s on such a massive complex. Thankfully a kind person drove me to the correct building. The landlady was great and happy to communicate. The room was very clean and the balcony very good. My only warning is that I closed the balcony door while I was in the balcony smoking and the door would not open to let me back in. There is no handle on the outside of the door and so I was left outside for 15 minutes trying to open it. The landlady said she would send someone up to help but thankfully I managed to open the door finally (great as I had deadlocked the front door). The apartment is lovely as is the landlady.

The room type is similar to that of Phoenix Island in Sanya. The balcony bathtub has a view of the sea. It is relatively quiet. You can swim for free downstairs. It is not far from Tanmen Fishing Port, Hainan Museum, and "Anywhere Gate". It is very convenient for self-driving travel. It is a good place to stay.

The actual description is not consistent. The promotion is 180 degrees sea view, but it is an abandoned unfinished building in front of it. It is gloomy and scary. The facilities are old and the indoor environment is dirty. There are small ants everywhere on the table. The room is filled with a musty smell. The kitchen is unusable. The whole family stayed for one night and fled early the next morning. I took a few photos for your reference to avoid pitfalls
