the view is the reason to stay here. I will post pictures to show you how everything is old and needs to be uograded, but for the price we paid I am not complaining.

This is not a hotel, or a hostel. This is an Air BnB style rental apartment in an apartment complex. This could be an awesome property or place to stay… but falls short on a few things that could so easily be resolved without much hassle.
I loved the bath on the balcony. Brilliant idea, but the bath itself needs a bit of TLC. The enamel paintwork was chipping away. The boiler (water heater) didn’t work for the first 24 hours I was there. I contacted the manager through wechat, who arranged for someone to come… eventually. The fridge should be bigger (it’s really tiny). The place should be cleaned more regularly and deeply when its left vacant. Particularly the kitchen and utensils.
Would I book again… yes (for convenience).

Good place , inside nothing special it's like a appartement but good with a small kitchen and cosy it's good for couple ! With balcony sea view very nice ! 2minutes walking to the Beach and 5 minutes from the city center and the restaurant !

在一個小區裏的民宿，雖然有心理準備可能裏麪條件差點但還是很失望，黴味太重了，打開陽台門通風好久也沒用，晚上睡覺都聞到黴味，還好衹住一晚。浴室牆上很多黴點，房間牆上也是，傢俱老舊，房間燈光昏暗，明顯沒好好打理。車停小區要10元一晚。200左右一晚非常不值。唯一亮點是位置離海邊近，陽台能看見燈塔。

總體來説還不錯，房間設備設施有點老舊，光線不太好，尤其客廳太暗了。可以看到海景，陽台有浴缸，天暖和可以泡個澡，現在太冷了。離海邊直線距離很近，但是小區衹開一個門，每次出去都要繞很遠，這點很煩人。

可能是海邊原因，腐蝕性大顯得陳舊！但是海景方向還是可以的，可惜的是天氣不好，基本躲房間裏看電視，白搭了這海景房，焦慮急了，退了一晚有點小插曲，來這裏真的要看好天氣，不然直接去下一站吧

房間設施一般，想泡個澡熱水都放不出來，一人量熱水一用完要等半個小時下一個人才能洗。無非就圖個看海景方便。

來博鰲開會，這個價格住這樣子的房子比較經濟實惠。出差要求不高，方便乾淨是主要考慮因素。這個民宿環境還不錯，出陽台就能看見大片的海景沙灘，有點小驚喜。去海邊聚會遊玩也很方便。房間的設施也是比較乾淨整潔的。這裏的一個缺點就是樓層有點高，走廊衹有玻璃板擋住，沒有上面的防護網，海風太大的時候總感覺危險😂
