簡直不要太棒兩室一廳超大海景陽台帶浴缸🛁總面積相當大海景絕了並且衹要這個價格真的太良心了如果配套設施齊全一點就再好不過了

全程自住入位，環境優離海邊很近，房間窗台就看到海景。周邊小鎮吃飯海鮮現撈很好吃，最重要是價格今天很優惠。

優點:房間比較大，配備有微波爐（但是好像用不了），冰箱，洗衣機，景色還不錯缺點:偏，不開車的話從小區門口走路進去得20分鐘;潮氣重;設施比較老舊;靠近海邊底下又是樹林，陽台上會有小蟲子不到九十一晚，總體還算滿意

設施：基本設施都有，洗衣機、冰箱，特別是冰箱，炎炎夏日出去玩一圈回來冰一點水喝，很涼爽環境：環境舒適，停車方便且免費，陽台邊就是海景衞生：衞生也很到位！服務：服務也是很好的！超讚的一家酒店呢！

優點：小哥服務還是很不錯的，房子的確打開門就能看到大海離海灘也很近，對面就是博鰲金灣那邊的酒店價格也差不多帶泳池離海灘更近缺點：設施很陳舊了，那個廚房和衞生間連架子都掉了沒更換，都是兩瓶洗髮露衹能放在廚房洗澡在走出來要麼放地上。廚房上面應該漏過水又修補痕跡，空調發黴長毛各處都有些，這個海邊房子也能理解説一下做沒法接受的點：幾乎等同於沒有充電樁，整個小區就幾根充電樁，三棟樓這麼高的高層！新能源自駕住這個民宿會很糟心，我自己導航出去充電宣傳裏面有泳池，大家可以放棄期待了。你樓層高可以看看對面酒店博鰲金灣的大泳池。下面有三張圖片也是我這幾天別的地方定的酒店都是220-300之間價位，這個還是需要好好挑一挑的那麼充電很方便出門就有泳池
