Excellent hotel in a great location. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The staff are super helpful (especially Zhuang Qingwen) and there is underground parking with charging which was a blessing. Highly recommended hotel! This is our 3rd stay here and we will keep coming back.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Resort Guantang again. It was very good. I would like to thank the service housekeeper Xiao Li spring for helping me with some check-in matters. I was so touched. He also asked me about my experience with concern. I would also like to thank the front desk clerk Lu Shuman and sophiaLv for helping us explain some questions we didn't understand. The attitude was warm and polite. The housekeeper Xiao Li helped me for the second time. Thank you very much🙏 And the pool attendant Ms. Fu, who asked about the temperature of the pool with concern and was warm and thoughtful! The breakfast was very delicious and rich. The beach in front of the hotel was beautiful. We went for kitesurfing on this side of Hainan and the location was great. The hotel is nice, although there are some parts of the façade that need some wall painting. The big pool is very nice (also need some upgrading though). all in all it was a nice hotel. Chinese food in the restaurant was very tasty and good quality. Breakfast buffet was nice as well (Mostly chinese dishes ewhich we love, but had bread, butter, marmalade and coffee). The reception is helpful, but is better if you speak chinese. the is a (automatic-no staff) supermarket and indoor playground. We had a good time. To go to other restaurants, we had to take taxi, but easy to do with DiDi.

I am from Singapore and I was there with my handicapped mother for the first time. The service in this hotel is very good! They turned up very fast whenever we asked for housekeeping service. The rooms are big, bed is very comfortable and very clean as well! We booked the family suite (vedu room) and it’s the only one in the hotel located on the second floor. It has laundromat(free) and gym on the same floor which is very very convenient for us. Just get out of the room and we could easily do our laundry. Best thing is they also provide laundry detergent (free). We booked the rooms that come with free breakfast. It’s serves local Hainan cuisine and usually western bakeries, toast / bread and salad. It has espresso coffee machine, fruit juices machine, hot milk, hot soy milk and tea. Wide spread of breakfast! I highly recommend to stay at this hotel if you are planning to visit Hainan, Qionghai.

First of all, I would like to thank the housekeeper Jerry for his enthusiastic service. He introduced the surrounding tourist attractions before check-in. During the stay, he took into consideration that my wife's knees could not stand the air conditioning, and actively coordinated the heating and added an extra quilt. Because it was our wedding anniversary, we wanted to order a cake, and Jerry was also very active in helping us and telling us where to travel. This hotel is designated as the Boao Forum for Asia Conference Center, the address of the Asian Forum. I traveled here with my friends and children. I booked their deluxe sea view king room. The space is relatively spacious after entering the room. The balcony has a wide view. The scenery is beautiful. Facing the sea makes you feel comfortable. There are many places to play in the whole hotel. But because of limited time, you can only visit the permanent site of the Boao Forum for Asia. Today is the Lantern Festival. You can still watch fireworks at 8 o'clock in the evening. But the distance is far and it is raining, so you can't see clearly. The hotel is very cost-effective. It is a good hotel🏨🏨🏨

The room is clean and quiet at night. Although it is old, the design and maintenance are good. For a house facing the sea, it is not easy for the housekeeping staff to maintain it to such a good level. Although the room is slightly damp, it is understandable, and the room is equipped with an air purifier, which is rare in hotels, to minimize the damp smell. The next day's breakfast was rich in dishes and tasted good. The service staff was friendly, and the room type was upgraded when we checked in, which gave us a very good accommodation experience.
