The beach in front of the hotel was beautiful. We went for kitesurfing on this side of Hainan and the location was great. The hotel is nice, although there are some parts of the façade that need some wall painting. The big pool is very nice (also need some upgrading though). all in all it was a nice hotel. Chinese food in the restaurant was very tasty and good quality. Breakfast buffet was nice as well (Mostly chinese dishes ewhich we love, but had bread, butter, marmalade and coffee). The reception is helpful, but is better if you speak chinese. the is a (automatic-no staff) supermarket and indoor playground. We had a good time. To go to other restaurants, we had to take taxi, but easy to do with DiDi.

She immediately found a way to coordinate and arranged a room for us to watch the fireworks on the balcony. After checking in, I found that there was a problem with the pulley of the balcony door, and she also helped contact the customer service staff for inspection and repair. There are fruits, drinking water and Wanglaoji in the room, as well as laundry detergent, mosquito repellent and disinfectant alcohol. These are not available in general hotels.
