沒提前訂房間，下午市區已經沒有房間了，在吃飯的飯店附近訂了一個親子房，有停車場，衞生挺乾淨的，前台大姐也很熱情，我們的房間沒有窗户，跟大姐説想換個有窗户的，大姐很熱情的給換了。

位置不變，來回返回，不給退房，最可笑的是前台説給我免費取消退房，又不承認！最後還扣了我們房費！説話不承認我全程都錄音了已經提交給有關部門了！真的是個給齊齊哈爾旅遊抹黑啊！我覺得作為一個成年人應該對自己説過的話負責人！所以大家定這個酒店的時候一定一定要擦亮雙眼！
