房間乾淨整潔，住的非常舒服，老闆熱情服務很周到，房間物品齊全，沒有的跟老闆説老闆都儘量滿足，還給介紹齊齊哈爾的美食，路線！很細心，房間空間也很充足，點贊👍再來齊齊哈爾出差就你家了

一進門就看到兩個比較明顯的垃圾，不懂為什麼沒有清理。整體設施陳舊，牆體斑駁，衞生間不是下水道味，是長途綠皮火車的衞生間那種氣味。地毯應該是常年沒有清理了，有鼻敏感還在灰塵過敏的人不建議入住。還有，入住還要又另外付按金。

公寓的價格，酒店的待遇，還需要怎麼説。房子雖然舊了點，估計離上次裝修有好幾個年頭了，但卻是酒店的裝修風格。設備齊全，連浴缸，電動窗簾都給你配上了。
建議老闆給前台小姐姐加工資，那個嘴可是嘎嘎甜，服務態度真心的好。保潔大叔阿姨也很熱情，噓長問短的。第一次住民宿有這種待遇。

首先是酒店位置很好，樓下就是中環，距離夜市商圈很近，交通方便，附近很多飯店，一次性把想吃的都能吃到，其次雖説叫民宿，但施捨跟酒店基本沒差，甚至超過一般快捷酒店，一次性洗漱用品拖鞋飲用水一應俱全，房間也足夠寬敞，最後不得不説老闆的服務真的太好了，我們是晚上臨時找的房間，大半夜折騰老闆好幾次，每次老闆都特別耐心的給解決，能遇到這樣良心的老闆是我們的幸運，總之來齊齊哈爾選雲璟民宿沒錯！

非常好。市中心的位置，衞生乾淨，環境還好，還有超大的浴缸，浴巾毛巾都是一次性的，很貼心。老闆也很熱情，還推薦了當地的美食，非常棒的一次旅行。下次來這座城市還來他家。

房間特別大，50 平左右的房間住着很舒服，就在中環新瑪特這裏，地理位置特別方便，去哪裡都很近，晚上走一條街就是夜市，想吃啥都有，最主要是各項設施都齊全，還很好用！
