連續兩次被吵醒，第一次下午五點，甚至在我未允許的情況下直接輸入密碼進屋了，第二次凌晨一點敲門確認訊息，情況屬實聊天記錄如圖，酒店服務態度極其惡劣，酒店上下沆瀣一氣，沒有任何服務態度可言，需要解釋的時候裝聾作啞，説話言語非常不客氣，希望大家避雷！絕對不要去！這是我的真實反饋！別去！別去！別去！！！！

入住按金100，我作為旅客二話沒説直接付款了按金，商家的所有付費用品我也沒有使用，第二天，早上7點多，我退房和我説房嫂查完房間以後給我退按金，一直到10前也沒退，理由變成了經理沒來，經理來不來的和退我按金有什麼關係，我一直溝通的微信就是我付款按金的微信，然後我聯繫平台客服之後又拖了我一會才把我自己的錢退給我，原本還覺得商家的房子不錯，呵呵拉黑，希望來齊齊哈爾的朋友們在意退按金麻煩的避坑，不在意的無所謂。和商家溝通的時候我實際在火車站等車，我都準備去取消行程帶着叔叔和這商家對線了

地段很繁華，屬於市中心，周圍有商場，吃飯購物非常方便。樓下也有公交車站，出行也比較方便。
公寓整體比較老舊，房間亦是如此，與網上定的不相符，説是免費給升級更好的房間，實際升沒升我也不清楚，反正與我定的圖片描述的不一樣。房間內的一些消耗品是需要額外收費的，例如紙巾飲用水，我建議這兩樣應該免費，很便宜還可以提升客户的體驗感，貴點的東西收費是很正常的。床上用品也比較舊，建議自己帶床單被罩枕套，洗漱用品也比較簡易也簡易自己帶，大廈地下可以停車，正常封頂是40元每天，在前台購買停車票20一張，地下光線比較暗，整體是挺破的，很混雜。

他家的服務特別好，衞生也乾淨，地理位置是市中心，到哪裡都方便，環境乾淨，硬件設施完善，電視很大很舒服，還有沙發。

衞生壞境差。前台服務差。漲房費不提前通知。搞衞生不積極。不叫就不搞 阿姨進房間不敲門 照片是掉東西到到床下面找東西看到的 這這是一小部分。阿姨搞晚上不拖地。衹收垃圾
