衞生和環境還是不錯的，但是衞生間地漏和牀頭櫃有味道，床頭插座插不牢，插上會有電流聲，隔音很差很差，早上阿姨在走廊打掃衞生嗓門很大很打擾睡覺，但是服務態度很好，有50r的房卡按金，尚可

地理位置很優越，離火車站很近。就是設施太陳舊了。而且電路啥的都老化了。多次遇到電閘跳閘，洗個澡趕上斷電三回。電梯也偶爾出現故障。店家的服務態度還是挺好的。周圍也有小吃店啥的。有直達扎龍保護區的公交車。
