A pleasant welcome from the beginning, beautiful rooms with great service. Service at the beach was reliable and the bar with a wide selection of drinks and meals.

Zero management!!! Too good of a property for this below mediocre management. Staff totally based on personal skills not at all on a proper training and standards. You would find a few genuine professionals but majority totally and utterly unprofessional and uselessly unprepared. Unjustified pricing more expensive than a lot of much better places in Europe yet service below the lowest of a 3 stars standards. First day on a Saturday I woke up on the sound of workers hammering and changing glass handrail 10:30 in the morning on a weekend; Second day water outage in the morning at 10 o’clock and again at 5 o’clock Room preparation and cleanliness from check-in to check out you have to call them for every ABC service that should be done automatically What a disappointment and what a waste of money definitely never again!!!! Out of all of this 2 of the best people are Mina front office manager & the brilliant Sherif Leon. They’ve went over and above to try to fix but it’s the system. Thank you Sherif, thank you Mina.
