Ahmed Ashraf ,and MR Abdoun , me and my family were very satisfied with servis, also beach was beautiful, Ahmed was very helpfull and sweet boy. We loved to spend time here, beach was clean, beach beds was also very clean, and water was excelent

We had a nice and relaxing holiday. Beautiful location and very clean, comfortable and functional structure. All the staff (except those at the beach bar) very courteous and caring. A special thank you to Khalil, Youssef (housekeepers) and Mustafa Ashraf who are really professional people and very kindly and respectful.

There is a beautiful sea here. Upon arrival at the hotel, we received a welcome drink, very nice. We were in the room very quickly, we didn't have to wait until two o'clock in the afternoon. That's what you deserve Beautiful room, nice garden, clean beach, excellent drinks by the pool, nice service in the dining room and by the pool, clean toilets and public areas. The food is excellent. We also enjoyed the fish restaurant very much. A beautiful holiday in a beautiful hotel. Thank you very much. See you again next year. We highly recommend this hotel.

Vacation, hotel, pools, rooms and all services was excelent. All the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The sea was beautiful, clear, had the same colour like in Carribean. There was many kind of food and all was very tasty. It was one of the most beautiful holidays I had ever been. I hope I will come back again.

In June 2024, we visited the À La Carte Corallo restaurant at the Jaz Crystal Hotel, Almaza Bay. In the nice and clean restaurant we were greeted by friendly staff who seated us at our chosen table. We had a multi-course dinner with seafood specialties. The food was excellent and delicious. I recommend everyone to visit this restaurant.
