第一次來棲霞選擇住這裏，服務非常好，前台很有禮貌，入住的時候行李很多，工作人員還幫忙拿行李👍，前台幫忙選的房間很安靜，客房乾淨，整潔，環境很好。我們是開車來的，門口停車，非常方便。值得一提的是酒店還有自助洗衣房，如果有洗衣服的需求，前台工作人員也可以幫忙洗，非常的貼心。早餐是自助餐，很豐盛，口味很好！強烈推薦！

酒店前台服務好特別熱情周到，酒店有自助洗衣房，服務員特別貼心的到房間拿臟衣服幫忙洗衣服，洗完以後還會把衣服送回房間，十分的方便。房間乾淨衞生，設施好，整潔明亮。早餐種類很多，口味很好，還有熱牛奶，特別好，門口停車方便，風景好。各方面都好，特別滿意

環境很好，一百多就可以住到這麼好的酒店，性價比非常高。前台服務很熱情，辦理入住的時候給我們奉茶水，覺得非常暖心。房間也是很乾凈，整潔。對開車來的朋友非常友好，門口就可以停車，非常方便，晚上回來時保安大叔也幫忙找車位，非常暖心。位置很好，飯店商場都很近，離景區也很近，特別滿意的一次入住！

第一次住這裏，小張服務特別好，很熱心，進門就奉了杯茶，和她説了睡眠不好，給選了很安靜的房間，非常滿意。
酒店環境很好，湖景房，設施齊全，門口停車很方便，還有洗衣服務，感覺像家一樣，如果有機會來棲霞，下次還住這裏
