這次在清沐精選酒店（全椒蓮花山莊店）的住宿，完全沒有感受到應有的服務和關懷。前台服務人員態度惡劣，對待客人毫無基本的禮貌和尊重。希望賓館能夠重視這些問題，加強員工培訓，提升服務質量。

早餐到9點結束，8點過去就這個狀態，5分鐘後上一個蛋餅，因為大家都等着一下子就夾完了，廚房只有一個阿姨再做早飯。前一天入住狀態前台很清楚，為什麼早餐可以準備成這樣呢？

第一間屋子進來的時候，被子是翻開一角的。電視開機之後，一直卡在那裡，並且房間的wifi沒有信號，
換了第二間（老闆娘表示，得我沒有動過屋裡設施才給我換），第二間，一進屋一股下水道味，湊合住一宿，第二天早上開始是騷味。廁所反上來的。應該只是我這個屋子有騷味，我也懶得去問為什麼給我換了這麼一間。
另外，隔音很差。
