這次在全南貝殼酒店的入住體驗，堪稱我住酒店以來最差的一次！從踏入酒店起，前台60多歲的工作人員就態度冷漠懟天懟地懟空氣，被怒的體無完膚，辦理入住時全程黑臉。入住後提到房間有異味，想換房，竟被諷刺“可以去貝德姆酒店呀，沒異味”。不僅如此，房間不僅氣味難聞，窗户名被建築垃圾封住了。要求換個正常點的房間，被告知衹能加價升級，還囂張表示“房間不愁賣，平台上想怎麼評論怎麼評論，差評也無所謂”。就這服務、這環境，這價格，性價比極低。希望攜程下架這種酒店！！！

窗簾都沒有，晚上這麼亮。空調20歲了估計，一開就嗡嗡響，吵得睡不着。熱水器電熱水器，燒水要等好久。窗子關不緊，二樓隨時爬上來。明明六十的標準，好意思收120。

前台兩個阿姨毫無服務可言，還喜歡懟人！在龍南信豐住過的相比較價格偏貴，服務特別差！可能是前台阿姨是老闆～沒住過這麼差服務的酒店～房間窗子小空氣不流通，我們就反饋了一下！她説現在不熱空氣很好了。我們就説不熱都很憋一樣，沒有新鮮空氣的感覺！熱起來空氣不是更不流通那不是住不了呢？阿姨回答沒指望你住，靠你住我要倒閉了！衹是反饋一下空氣不流通～沒想招來一頓懟
