和家人一起周邊遊，酒店位於湘江之畔，環境非常好，漂亮大氣上檔次，酒店前台服務熱情，房間性價比高，乾淨整潔，安靜舒適，周邊沿着江邊走很美，有景點，拍照超出片。

首先説，避雷！！！真的要避雷！！！
第一：作為五星級酒店，天龍灣旗下的高端酒店品牌，竟然要付按金，2025年了竟然還聽到這種比較貴的酒店還要按金！！！付按金之後有極大機率不退按金！！！我的按金好幾個月沒給我退，還是後面查賬我才知道，這麼久酒店財務難道説不用查賬嗎，顧客按金不退換來的是前台説的不清楚、不瞭解，最後敷衍了事，退了按金之後一句道歉也沒有。而且我遇到了兩次！！！在南寧的天龍灣住也沒退！！！這個根本不是偶然事件！！！
第二：作為主打麪靠江景的酒店，江景房竟然玻璃都沒有擦乾淨，窗户上全是灰塵，甚至是水泥塊，這個衞生是開業的時候就這樣了吧，一直也沒處理嗎？
第三：這麼貴的酒店，難道隔音很難做嗎，早上走廊裏有人説話的聲音關了房間門還能聽的清清楚楚，走路的聲音、説話的聲音在房間裏面聽的超級清楚！！！
總結：超級不推薦！！！酒店的景觀是可以的，但是！酒店方什麼時候解決了這些問題大家再考慮要不要去住吧！！！

酒店雖然位於郊區，但是交通比較便利，除了外出就餐有些不便，其他都很好。房間的空調和熱水都很給力，冰箱裏有免費的純牛奶和王老吉，前台服務很好，聽説帶了孩子，免費贈送了一張早餐券，給個大大的贊。電梯口也有哇哈哈純凈水免費贈送，細節考慮到位。相對於五星級酒店的定位，早餐種類不算太豐富，但是也應有盡有。

這次入住的是全州天龍灣璞悦酒店的璞悦江景大床房，房間面積大概55平米吧，窗外的湘江景色宜人。酒店地處新城區安靜的景色好的角落，避開喧囂和吵鬧，與湘江和羣山作伴。WiFi速度快，出差辦公族完全不必擔心。冬季洗烘衣服很怕幹得慢或者是烘不透，這一點上酒店洗衣房的烘乾機就比較給力。酒店每天的早餐也很豐富，很多本地特色美食不要錯過。總體來説是滿意的入住體驗。

我和老伴每年都開車自駕遊，全州天龍灣酒店是我住過的最滿意的酒店之一。酒店建築有五星級酒店的設計和環境。沒有想到在一個縣裡的酒店可以達到這麼高的水平。房間佈置、床上用品品質都好。特別是早餐品種多，味道好，給我留下了深刻的印象。酒店與湘江江邊綠道一牆之隔。晚上安靜沒有一點動靜，非常滿意👍！
