Atour Hotels in Quanzhou

I love Atour hotels. This hotel is older than others I’ve stayed at. The room didn’t smell nice and there were some hairs on the floor, which I hate. Plus some parts if the sink looked like they’re rusty and not clean. The other things are fine. The bed is comfortable, it was quite at night and the check in was smooth.

First of all, Atour's service is really good. The seven little girls followed us up and down. The big bed originally booked on a business trip, but later there were guests who needed to change to a suite and there was a tea table. The room is also very big. A little more, Atour's breakfast is really rich, breakfast has the sand tea noodles I like to eat, breakfast and my favorite southern Anhui salted rice is really fragrant, breakfast has a very rich small ingredients, Atour breakfast is great is local specialties. Breakfast also has earthen frozen egg rolls, this breakfast is really great. Last point, parking is very convenient and the parking lot is large. Check out will give warm mineral water very intimate

Overall the room and service are very good. But I also encountered two annoying things. The first was originally two o'clock, and I also told the hotel front desk that I would stay after two o'clock, but I didn't have a room for us to stay until 8 o'clock in the evening. A total of 2 rooms were set, and one could not be given. Finally, I didn't check in until 8:30 in the evening. The front desk has been apologizing, saying that members can check out at 6 pm, so the housekeeping department is late to pack things. This reason is not accepted, because you should consider this situation when you take orders and confirm with me. It is really the quality of service that needs to be improved for customers to wait so long. The sewer in room 6550 of the second stay was very stinky, and I couldn't sleep all night. The little brother of the engineering department was very enthusiastic about repairing it for a long time and didn't get it done. It should be that the room sewer deodorant measures are not well done. When leaving the store, the front desk sent a local specialty to apologize. As the saying goes, the staff is short, but I still have to evaluate it fairly and impartially, urging you to do better.

The bedding at Atour is still as good as ever. The pillows are the latest and very comfortable and can be borrowed for free. The breakfast time is very long, which is suitable for people who get up late. There is also porridge to drink in the evening, which is very heartwarming.
