We REALLY enjoyed our stay here. The staff are very polite, helpful and hardworking! There's the nice note in the hotel room with some snacks. Room also had several travel reference guides with lots of pictures. Great for last minute planning! Receptionists were very kind when answering some rather silly questions, haha. We only stayed one night, the next day it was different staff. I had asked them for the name of the staff member who check us in, so here's a shout out to ”小莲” ”Little Lotus” Thanks for your help! I spent 3 nights here, and the overall experience was not pleasant. When I arrived the first day, the front desk gave me a room that was not livable. It was so close to the next building (see photos). I requested to have the room changed for the second night. The manager upgraded to a better room. However, I wanted to try the spa using the coupon from the hotel. The spa manager said this coupon is only good for spending 980 or more, but it wasn't said anywhere in the coupon. Then, I wanted to use Dianping. She said they no longer honor Dianping. This hotel accepts large group tour, the tour girl was yelling at the lobby using an amplified speaker, which is very unprofessional at a 5 star hotel. The third night was the most expensive. She said she would honor the ctrip price but charge me 100 more. I don't understand why it is so difficult to be honest. The breakfast was good, the service was friendly but not honest, if you are not 100% alert, you will pay more. The Japanese restaurant was not good, the eel wasn't fresh and the taste was decent.

We impressed with the service here. Multiple employees we met, including Peter at the bell desk, were so genuinely helpful and kind. Service is definitely a highlight at this property. The rooms here are very large and comfortable, and the bathroom has a separate shower and tub. The room was very quiet, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel at the main buffet restaurant. In the evening, the seafood buffet was a great experience

Xiamenair is near a food street which opens late into the night. It takes about 20-30 minutes walk to the Old Town attractions. Better to get a taxi or didi e-hailing. The staff was very helpful. Fruits and light snacks are provided in the evening/night at the lift lobby on every floor. The sleep was excellent. It wasn’t noisy at all in my room facing the street. Hot water shower and the air conditioning work very well. I used CNY500 as cash deposit. But the service staff was kind to return me the deposit without having to wait too long.

The hotel room is clean and neat, Hotel staff are alert, friendly, polite and prompt action to our needs. We have a wonderful night to celebrate father's birthday with a surprised hotel complementary birthday cake and well served by a kind Hotel staff especially Miss Orange 徐红 . We will definitely book this hotel again if we return to QuanZhou city. Keep up to good works!

The hotel is in a great location, only a 7-8 minute walk from the Guanyu Temple and Qingjing Temple, attractions in the old city. There are also many commercial restaurants around it. The hotel's breakfast is very rich, and you can taste almost all kinds of local snacks, which is consistent with the quality of a four-star hotel. In particular, the service of delivering Yexiao desserts and fruits to the room makes people feel warm. The only drawback is that the room sound insulation is not very good.

I have stayed in this hotel several times, and I basically stay here when I go to Quanzhou. The key is that the location is good, just at the entrance of Tumen Street, and you can walk to Guandi Temple in a few steps. It is also very convenient to go to the Bell Tower Kaiyuan Temple. There is a bus at the door that goes directly to the high-speed rail station, although I drove this time. The parking lot is OK and sufficient. The hygiene is also good, the front desk service attitude is very good, free upgrade of room type, and an extra electricity card, which is very convenient. Breakfast is on the first floor, with many varieties, and I am very happy to eat.

This hotel was a wonderful place to stay. Located pretty close to all the local landmark and the staff were all to friendly and helpful and with wonderfully clean rooms

The room was great, except for the window which was a bit unsatisfactory, everything else was perfect. The location of the hotel is great. There is a street full of food nearby. It is not a popular area like Bell Tower West Street. The food is more affordable, you know. It’s an old four-star hotel. The boss has put a lot of effort into the rooms. The bathrooms are clean, the bedding is good, and the stay experience is great. Transportation is very convenient, and the Quanzhou Overseas Transportation Museum is nearby. It is recommended to stay here.

Overall: Very good, worth coming again! (The VIP building is more comfortable, there is a simple one in front, but Kyiv is downstairs, be careful not to choose the wrong one) Surrounding environment: relatively quiet ~ there is a parking lot downstairs Service: very good ~ very active to come to clean up, the lady and brother at the front desk are very good and happy to help Room: except that it is a little small, everything else is pretty good ~ The location is very good, there are many food nearby, and it is convenient to take a taxi. It is just a straight walk from West Street ~ I have recommended it to other friends Breakfast: 28 yuan/person, not expensive ~ but we didn’t go there because we were out looking for food. We took a look and found that there were basic food, including pig blood noodle soup, which was not bad ~
