Family-friendly Hotels in Quanzhou

In a very convenient location, near to food n attractions. The room was big n the beds were comfortable. Reception team was polite, pleasant and efficient. Hotel also provided good maps. Will stay again. Tks for all the good work. Keep it up.

I spent 3 nights here, and the overall experience was not pleasant. When I arrived the first day, the front desk gave me a room that was not livable. It was so close to the next building (see photos). I requested to have the room changed for the second night. The manager upgraded to a better room. However, I wanted to try the spa using the coupon from the hotel. The spa manager said this coupon is only good for spending 980 or more, but it wasn't said anywhere in the coupon. Then, I wanted to use Dianping. She said they no longer honor Dianping. This hotel accepts large group tour, the tour girl was yelling at the lobby using an amplified speaker, which is very unprofessional at a 5 star hotel. The third night was the most expensive. She said she would honor the ctrip price but charge me 100 more. I don't understand why it is so difficult to be honest. The breakfast was good, the service was friendly but not honest, if you are not 100% alert, you will pay more. The Japanese restaurant was not good, the eel wasn't fresh and the taste was decent.

Xiamenair is near a food street which opens late into the night. It takes about 20-30 minutes walk to the Old Town attractions. Better to get a taxi or didi e-hailing. The staff was very helpful. Fruits and light snacks are provided in the evening/night at the lift lobby on every floor. The sleep was excellent. It wasn’t noisy at all in my room facing the street. Hot water shower and the air conditioning work very well. I used CNY500 as cash deposit. But the service staff was kind to return me the deposit without having to wait too long.

The hotel room is clean and neat, Hotel staff are alert, friendly, polite and prompt action to our needs. We have a wonderful night to celebrate father's birthday with a surprised hotel complementary birthday cake and well served by a kind Hotel staff especially Miss Orange 徐红 . We will definitely book this hotel again if we return to QuanZhou city. Keep up to good works!

The hotel has excellent location, nea to many tourist spots like Confucius temple, Kaiyuan temple, Zhongshan street, qingjing mosque, west street, etc. It's a pity that the reception staff demonstrate very poor attitude and service. There is no welcome. We were made to feel like we're imposing on them, especially when they were talking to each other and we're being ignored. However the rest of the hotel support was exceptional especially housekeeping. We appreciate the fruits, snack and dessert for supper. The room is very clean and well furnished, not old like some reviews mentioned. Bottled water available near the lift, to collect as you need.large variety of breakfast, buffet style. Food quality is normal, local dishes. Highly recommend to stay here.

We came out to eat after we checked in. Next to the hotel is the food street. We found a shop that smelled very fragrant when we walked on the road, and went in and ordered a ”ginger duck”, which is a Quanzhou feature. The hotel presented fruit, it is rare to stay in the hotel, and the two children were so excited that they were reluctant to go to bed. The hotel room is very good, the space is large, the bedside charging is very convenient, clean and clean, it is not far from Qingyuan Mountain Kaiyuan Temple, it is very convenient, and I will stay next time I have the opportunity!

The hotel's laundry facilities are very good, and it also comes with drying. It is very friendly to tourists when traveling. The overall decoration of the room is quite good. The details are also equipped with a multi-function charging cable. Health has come to Quanzhou these days, this health is the most satisfactory, the service is warm and thoughtful. 雖然酒店看起來比較老舊，但前台工作人員及走廊碰到的服務員都比較熱情，服務很好，個人認為出門在外，有時候服務比硬件設施更重要！另外早餐雖然平價，但品種還是很豐盛，性價比挺高！

Wonderful Stay, Language Barrier Concern My recent stay at Fu’an hotel was wonderful overall, with just one minor concern regarding a language barrier. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff, and the hospitality throughout my stay was exceptional. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, amenities, and comfort. The room was spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring. However, one challenge I encountered was a slight language barrier with some of the staff members. While most were proficient in English, there were a few instances where communication became a bit challenging. Despite this, the staff made genuine efforts to assist me and ensure my needs were met to the best of their ability. Despite this minor inconvenience, I would still highly recommend Fu’an hotel to others, as the overall experience was outstanding. With its excellent amenities, convenient location, and attentive staff, it offers a fantastic stay experience.
