This is our first vist to Quanzhou. We picked this somewhat dated looking hotel (from the outside), we were positively overwhelmed in every respect (hardware, software, location, service...) The hotel is very stylish (mid-Century modern) and well thought out on residence experience. The interiror designer (谢柯) is highly respected. Our concierge - Andy looked after us in every step of the way; he made an effort to reach us before arrival, gave us great recommendations on food, activity planning, & gifts preparation. The dinning room on top had great service, view, food and ambiance. The staff (matradee and 小西）accommodated us even though we arrived near their closing time. I think we also met the GM who treated us like friends. Quanzhou is an ancient city full of history busyness and things-to-do like most of cities in China, but this beautiful boutique hotel is truly full of pleasant surprise and an inviting escape in the big country.

Location is excellent! The hotel is 10/10, breakfast 很好吃, the service is 10/10 as well! Thank you to Cici who helped us a lot during our stays. Cici has been very helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our stays! We had a wonderful time there, will def come back!

From check-in to check-out, every aspect was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is well-located, making our travels much easier. The rooms are spacious with comfortable bedding ensuring a good night’s sleep each day.
I must mention the excellent service at the hotel; the staff were warm and attentive, especially Cici. Her professionalism and enthusiasm made us feel right at home. Whether it was dining recommendations or travel tips, Cici provided very helpful information that greatly enhanced our travel experience.
Thanks to Cici and all the staff for making our journey so much better!

It was a very good experience. Before we checked in, the service ambassador Xiao Liao added WeChat, helped us book hotel activities and sent us local specialty restaurants. After we checked in, she asked us if we needed anything at any time. Xiao Mei in the breakfast restaurant also had a good service attitude and recommended special snacks to us. The hotel's breakfast restaurant is also a black pearl one diamond. Dinner basically requires reservations one day in advance to get a seat. The dishes are really delicious.
