Very poor check-in experience.
1. It's hard to find the hotel. There are no signs, and there is no elevator, only stairs.
2. The front desk service attitude was terrible and so arrogant that I felt like I was begging her to stay in the hotel.
3. During my stay, the construction site downstairs started at 8 am, so I couldn't rest well.
4. The soundproofing in the room is very poor. You can even hear the fart of the neighboring room. I don't know how this hotel does the soundproofing.
5. There are cockroaches in the room, but instead of dealing with them, people think it is normal to have cockroach feces in the room. Tell me who doesn't have cockroaches at home, what a fuss.
6. Request a room change. No replacement.
7. No apology
8. If they don't provide any help or room change in the middle of the night, you can only check out. Go find a hotel at 23:00
To sum up, this stay was extremely bad, and I have been on business trips to so many cities. I've never encountered anything so bad. Smearing the appearance of Quanzhou
