週六房間700多問老闆要瓶水結果被告知説每個房間每天就兩瓶水呵呵～這個地方停車還要另外付費！洗澡也沒有提前説是電加熱小容量的，洗一個人就要等半個小時，不然洗到一半變冷水！位置也不好很偏僻，對面還有家醫院，打車也打不到，不推薦帶娃的人來住

不錯不錯經常住，每次出門旅行出差，必選的一家公寓，環境很新，體驗感不錯，還行吧，距離市區有點遠，大概還要6公里

和朋友來泉州過了個週末，攜程打開，第一個就是這家公寓，進去看了評價，和網友的照片！感覺還可以，價格很划算，抱着試一試的狀態入住了這家！
設施：基本的設施都是齊全的，唯一不足就是電視沒會員不過也不影響，畢竟都是要出去玩的。
衞生：衞生沒得説，都很乾凈，無灰塵。
環境：地理位置:附近沒什麼商鋪，在汽車城邊上，沒看到有超市，便利店，（有可能有但我沒發現，大面上是沒看到）衹能點外賣，外賣很方便！這個位置去景點打車基本都是30min左右！很方便。
服務：做房的大哥很友善，專業，出門碰到都會問需要打掃嗎！
整體評價:以上的不足都不會太大影響我的入住體驗！
服務，衞生，去景點的方便度！給予好評！

對於沒有大陸手機門號的入住旅客選擇民宿最擔心的就是找不到服務前台。建議在平台告知可先加微信以便聯絡，因為旅行者到達住處肯定是舟車勞頓了，找不到房間著實辛苦。
民宿位置沒話說，交通、生活機能都不錯
樓下的餐廳美食幾乎都非常好吃，所以又續訂5個晚上，在這裡當幾天福州人。
